Start with cereal, and a selection of tea, coffee & juice. Followed by a choice from our breakfast menu, for example full English breakfast, vegetarian breakfast, continental breakfast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
You are required to place your order the night before for all drinks and food selections.
Due to the Covid 19 situation there is no buffet.

Three nights including one 3 course meal to £404.00 High season and £395.00 low season on the front room & room 3. The family room (based on four people) meal deal is priced at 610.00 High season & 565.00 low season.

Arrival 3pm-6pm but we can be flexible on checkin time please ask before via email or phone if you are unable to check in during these times.

If you wish to check out later, we can be flexible up to 12.00pm the extra for this service is 20.00. Please let us know in advance.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Payment Cash, Cheque, Debit card or Credit card (not American express).
We would also like guests to know that if they are approaching Dartmouth via the ferry the last ferry is 10.45pm or it is a 1 hour drive around via Totnes.

We are unable to accept any pets with the exception of guide dogs. We are a non smoking establishment, smoking in the bedrooms is forbidden and if there is evidence of smoking we have no choice but to charge £100.00. This is due to the damage caused, cleaning, health & safety regulations. We hold the room with a non refundable deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before we will have no option but charge you for the entire stay. We would recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you for any cancelations that you make.
Park and Ride
During the busy summer season parking can be limited, we would recommend using the park and ride for your convenience. There is some free parking on the market carpark but please be aware that there is a market on Tuesday and Friday from 6.00 am and there is a risk of infringement notices.
Due to COVID19 and in general we would ask you to not bring unregistered guests into your rooms.
Cancellation by Us
Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full. Should you wish to, we will attempt to book you into another local bed and breakfast of the same or lower Visit Britain grading in a similar standard of room(s). Our liability will not extend beyond these conditions.
Change of Room
If a booking is taken out for a specific room and the room reserved is rendered unusable via circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative room.
Damage and Breakages
Please take care of our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur especially if you accidentally spill something – it’s much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly.
To help the environment and prevent waste, please refrain from using self-tanning creams as these stain our while sheets and pillow cases permanently. Please avoid make up being transferred onto our white towels.
We do charge customers for any damage caused accidently or otherwise.
Some of the data gathered during the course of a booking may be held on computer. We would like to hold this data after your visit to be able to inform you of future offers. If you would prefer us not to hold this information please let us know.
You have access to the building and your room 24 hours a day throughout your stay using a set of keys given to you when you register on arrival. You have full responsibility of these keys for the duration of your stay. Lost keys will be charged at £10.00 per set.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. However, there will be a minimum charge of £5.00 to cover postage and packaging.
We reserve the right to charge for missing items.
